I am writing this letter to inform you of the field trip that the class will be taking on May 15, 2008. We will be traveling to the Hands-On-House in Lancaster County. The bus will leave the school at approximately 9:00am and be returning around 1:00pm. At the playhouse, students will see two different exhibits and then they will be provided with a light lunch. The lunch will consist of: a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, an apple and milk. If you know that the student will not enjoy this lunch, please feel free to pack a lunch for them to take on the trip. We will be eating on picnic tables outside, so dress the child in appropriate and comfortable clothing.
I would appreciate the assistance of anyone who could volunteer their time and be a chaperon on this field trip. However, chaperons must pay the admission cost of $4.00.
